Dead Customer Service,

Did this order ever ship? I sent it to one of my fellow gamers (R.Wright) here in Kuwait and, after nearly a months time, he still has not received the package. My account was charged on the 18th of last month for the order:

If you would like, I can give you copies of the trace code for the transaction. I don't want a refund or anything... he's just really looking forward to getting his Beta Pathfinder books!

Where are they!?!?!?!? I feel like such a smuck telling him they should be in any day!!

Your order did indeed ship on 8/15/08. Therefore, at this point, it is either still in the keeping of the USPS, or it has entered the APO system. Either way, it's not trackable so we don't have a way of determining it's location until it has arrived on one end or the other.

The shipping method has an estimated delivery time of 4 to 8 business days, and today is the 24th business day from the date of departure. However, this is a very general estimate that doesn't take into account how far the package is going. It also merely reflects the time it is expected to take the package to enter the APO system.

I checked the address on the order, and it appears (to me) to be missing some information. I will send you an email that goes into this in more detail, but I kind of expect the package to be returned. That means that it could be a pretty long time before either of us sees the package (I just received a return from an APO address yesterday that was originally shipped on 7/15/08 - this is common).

This being said, it is very rare that a package disappears completely. So my suggestion would be that we give the package another week (admittedly - this is a pretty arbitrary time frame, but we should give it as much time as possible), and if you still have not seen the package by the end of next week, let me know and I will go ahead and send replacements (hopefully to a more complete address - see my email).
