It is complicated.
One method is to go to the poster's recent posts and click on the post you want to link to. You then copy the internet address in your address bar and use it for the link.
However, you might not be able to use these method if the post is no longer on their recent posts. There is a second method is what cephyn mentions but it is a bit more complicated.
You have to go to the page with the post you want to link. Go to View -> Page Source (for Firefox) or View -> Source (for Internet Explorer). This should bring up a mass of text defining the webpage.
Now go to Edit -> Find and search for text in that post you want to link to until you find the right post.
A bit above the post should be a mass of text that looks something like this...
<tr>
<td height = "12" />
<td />
</tr>
<TR>
<td align = "LEFT" class = "postHeader" valign = "BOTTOM">
<A name="748913"></A>
<a href="/people/Zynete" title="Go to Zynete's page">Zynete</a>
<span class = "avatarTitle">
(<i>Pathfinder</i> Charter Subscriber, <i>Pathfinder Chronicles</i> Subscriber, <i>Pathfinder Companion</i> Subscriber)</span>,
<nobr><span class = "postdate">1 minute ago</span>
You are looking for the bolded thing (it isn't actually bolded this is just to point out what it looks like easily).
On the page containing the post you want to link to copy the internet address. For this page it is...
http://paizo.com/paizo/messageboards/paizo/websiteFeedback/linkToAPost& page=1
You take the number you got from the page source (in my case 748913) and attach it and the pound sign to the end of the address like so (or if there is a number like that already there, you replace it with your number)...
