Problem with changing payment options

I seem to be having trouble changing my payment type for my orders. I click on the new payment option for my order, but it doesn't seem to change. Is there a time delay on this, or is it just being wacky?

What order are you trying to change? Or are you trying to change your payment method for your subscriptions?
