Diabolical Temptation
As a full round action this devil can use her telepathic power of temptation on a target male humanoid. Her temptation targets one of the following vices: lust, pride, wrath, sloth, greed or avarice, that lives inside the target creature. The target creature has a DC 19 (10+3+6) Will save to avoid falling under the influence of this devil. Failure means he will follow her instructions to the letter.
Diabolical Sword
As a standard action the devil can summon a diabolical long sword +1. This sword acts as both lawful and evil for damage reduction. The sword can be dismissed as a free action.
Spell like abilities change self,
Summon Baatezu (Sp) Once per day a temptress devil can attempt to summon 2d10 lemures or 1d4 bearded devils with a 50% chance of success. This ability is the equivalent of a 3rd-level spell.

Under special qualities, you've got her cold and acid resist listed as DR/cold and DR/acid. I suspect she might want to have some actual Damage Resistance as well as the Energy Resistances.
Quick Draw as a feat, when she summons her sword as a standard action, seems kind of wonky. I'd just have her sword-summon be a free action and give her another feat. The betraying schemer devil being able to draw her weapon from nowhere for some unexpected treachery fits the theme nicely.
Some sneak attack dice might also work well in this build. Either she's going to be attacking by surprise (with her change shape / summon sword) ability *or* she's going to be fighting alongside a charmed ally (and take advantage of flanking to also get her sneak attack dice). Given her HD, +2d6 or +3d6 Sneak Attack seems appropriate.
Other spell-likes to consider would be enchantment effects like Rage (stirring up anger in her victims) or Cause Fear or Charm, etc.
If Quick Draw is gotten rid of, Spell Focus (Enchantment) might be a decent replacement.

For the diabolical temptation, what if she specifies a vice, and if the save fails than they must give in to their base desires? For envy, for example, if the character is second fiddle to another in the party, he would immediately start to attack the other, or, if he is the party leader, he attacks the others for fear that they will one-up him. Once the act has been committed, he is freed from the compulsion. This could create intresting situations where the cleric has to be kept tied up until the party can cast break enchantment on him, because of his unstoppable urge to kill (wrath). (Or, for a bit more "mature" flavor, his compulsion to rape the female ranger (lust).)

That would be a neat variation, and kinda what I was thinking by having the devil able to cast spells like Charm and Rage. To skip the more mature interpretation, perhaps 'lust' just functions as a charm effect (the victim becomes enamored with the devil), while wrath causes the victim to attack an ally and gluttony causes them to lose actions as they tear into their rations and devour them until they make a save or are cured (and possibly attack allies for more food, if they run out of rations, eating 1 meals worth of food per round, and perhaps suffering nonlethal damage and / or a sickened condition as they stuff themselves...). Sloth just acts like a hard-to-break Sleep spell, and, if they save, still acts like a Slow effect?
Or the whole schpiel could be summarized with a Confusion spell, and it being explained as the characters attacking each other out of hunger or greed or envy or whatever, rather than create a new set of mechanics for these manifest vices. I'd probably go that way, for simplicity...

Also, your attack bonus math is off a bit: +7 BAB + 2 Str + 1 Weapon Focus + 1 Enhancement bonus to sword = +11.
I would probably got with Combat Expertise, Improved Feint, and Persuasive as feats for her, especially if you add the sneak attack damage (which you should!).
I don't think it would be too complex to give her 7 spell-like abilities based on the 7 vices, but Confusion is probably the easiest way to do it mechanically, and adding the flavor text as explanations. Charm Monster would also be a good spell for her. Then she can affect monstrous humanoids, fey, giants, native outsiders, etc., if she needs to.

I've had a look at the Confusion spell and I'd rather she have a little more control over the actions of her prey. She is after all a devil not a demon. So I'd rather go with something like the Suggestion spell. Let me know what you think.
I've added the Charm Monster to her spell like abilities. Anything else I should add there?
What would her CR be?

Going with the theme of Baatezu temptress, she should probably have a teleport ability.
I'm not harping on gender roles, but wouldn't the devils also have those in their ranks that corrupt women?
I've thought about a teleport ability, but the role I have for her doesn't include her teleporting away when she gets in serious danger. Hence no teleport.
The fact that she cannot target women is also by choice. In this case she was finally captured and imprisoned by a female wizard. Now however she is about to escape her prison and wreak havoc upon my mostly male group, which does however include one female wizard...
You could of course say that she can change shape, so gender wouldn't affect her. True, but her suggestion power simply won't work on women. Call it women's intuition that prevents that.

Is there a Studezu for the female wizard to deal with? You might want to make an incubus version, or have them be able to switch into (and affect) both genders. Otherwise, if there's a TPK because of her, you'll be DMing for horrible Xena-clones next session.
Actually this would be a single monster encounter. And I think this devil is still very beatable by even a group of all male adventurers. I am going to playtest her first though, to make sure I avoid that TPK.

Maybe give her a power that only works against women? Like a jealousy power (steal an ability from a female opponent), or cat-fight power (flurry of blows like a 7th level monk, plus sunder/disarm a random object the opponent is wearing/wielding), or something. Otherwise, you're punishing players based on the gender of their characters. It would be like making a monster that attacks everything except dwarves. It just kind of rubs me the wrong way.
Other than that, it's a really cool concept.

That sounds like a good plan. I'll ponder it. If you have more suggestions or can write something out, by all means be my guest.
