Hi,

this order was split into 2 shipments.
However, I have received only one of those shipments (3 items including PF chronicles HC) about 8-10 ago.

I have not received "PF 13 / 2nd darkness : 1st installmment" and "2nd darkness companion book".

I know it may take some time since I am overseas, so I'll wait a few days more, but I just wanted you to be informed.

Hi Cosmo.

Still no sign.

However, I went to my post office today and it seems that "something" that should have been delivered the 29th of august was sent back by mistake.

I guess it fits, since I received the other shipment the 27th of august and I was not expecting anything else.

I must say that I am in no hurry, and shipping back the 2 items (PF 13 & 1st PF companion : guide to 2nd darkness) with my next PF shipment is really not a problem.

I also got another question : on the 11th of september, I have a credit card paiement for Paizo for an amount of 6,88 USD.

However, when I look at my order history, nothing was shipped between the 27th of july and the 15th of september.

So, my question is : what could it be ?

The $6.88 was for the PDFs you purchased on order 1044253. Since they are PDFs, they were "shipped" (i.e. available for download) immediately, and therefore charged as soon as the order was completed.

AS for your PF#13 and Second Darkness Companion, I think they still could show up at any time. However, I will go ahead and set you up to have replacements go out with your next subscription shipment.

At what date should we expect the next PF shipment, so that I can confirm that I did or did not receive PF13 + companion guide ??
