Today would be the 11th business day from the date of departure, so your shipment is running a bit late, but it is not yet so late that we should give up on it. Keep in mind that Monday was a postal holiday, and those have a tendency to slow down shipments both before and after the holiday. Please give your shipment another week to arrive. If you still have not seen it by the end of next week, I will get a replacement sent out at that time.
