My downloads won't load!

I keep getting the screen of death when I try to access the My Downloads page. I don't have my hard copy yet, so I want to look at the pdf...cry...

If you're talking about an error from your OS, I suspect your browser's PDF plug-in. In which case, uninstall your PDF reader and reinstall it with the latest version.

If you mean something else, can you be more specific?
