I am writing to let you know about the condition of the books I received in my last order. I noticed that, when I opened my package, there was some damage to both of the books cantained within (The Pathfinder RPG beta and the Pathfinder Campaign Setting). Both had covers that were crumpled a bit, which for the hardbound Campaign setting book is significant, plus some of this "crumpling" also carries through to the pages inside. Now, in truth, neither book is so damaged that it can't be used. I do generally like all the books I buy to be in pristine condition, but I can live with these books as is. I simply wanted to let you know that, somewhere along the line, your products were not handled with the upmost care. Someone more particular might have a greater issue with this than me.

P.S. As for the content of the books, it is first-rate. The Campaign book is probably the best, most detailed and well thought-out "source material" type books I've ever read. Quality is top-knotch. Please, keep it up.
