Getting a little frustrated, I subscribed to the AP and Chronicles on the 1st (order # 1007604 and 1008056) and they have been in the twilight zone ever since. I was hoping when I got back from vacation today they would at least be shipped but no luck. Last Monday Alison said they were shipping "Soon" any idea how many days are in soon?
Ok... maybe more than a little frustrated. Can I at least get access to the PDFs?

I apologize for the delay.
Your order is in the shipping queue and our warehouse is working through the queue as quickly as possible, however the warehouse is currently running at capacity so there are delays. Fortunately, now that we are past Gen Con we are getting back on top of the shipping queue and the the delays are now going away. Therefore, unfortunately, I have to give the same answer that you have already received, since "soon" is as specific as I can get.
Once again, I am very sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that it has caused.
