Not really, Using eldritch blast is a standard action, so you cannot use two in one round.
The best thing to do would be to petition your DM to allow you to research a new invocation that allows you to split your blast into two rays. This would probably make a fine least invocation, if you took a -2 penalty on each rays attack roll and had to divide your blasts damage between the two rays (in one of the following ways, not sure which yet):
1] Divide the damage dice as you choose between your rays, minimum 1d6 per day. So until you deal 2d6 damage normally, you cannot apply this invocation to your blasts.
2] Deal half your damage dice (rounded down) with extra rays. So, if you deal 3d6 blast damage, your first ray deals 3d6 and any consecutive rays deal 1d6.
You might also allow for more rays as you gain levels (2 rays, plus one additional ray every 5 levels beyond 1st: 6th, 11th, 16th).
The comparable feat would be quicken spell-like ability which would allow two blasts per round, but has a limit on how many times per day you can quicken, and what level of ability.

My DM is someone who takes the Rules by the Book and doesnt like experimentation. I have been reading a lotta books and there arent many feats for warloks or spell-like-ability. I could only find some in the Book of Vile Darkness and Monster Manual I.
Im planning to go all the way (warlock Lv 11) and then take the prestige class Hellfire Warlock.

Well, given your level goals, I would recommend the Quicken Spell-like Ability feat. One version appeared in Book of Vile Darkness which allowed unlimited uses. The 3.5 version appears in the Monster Manuals and Shining South. Depends on which one your DM will allow. Other possibilities:

Boost Spell-Like Ability (BoVD)
Consecrate Spell-Like Ability (BoED)
Corrupt Spell-Like Ability (BoVD)
Empower Spell-Like Ability (Monster Manual)

Probably the best solution would be to split the dice as you like, because less fractions. And if you allow a 3rd ray 11th and a 4th ray at 16th, maybe add cumulative -2 penalties (kind of like with Many Shot).
I played a human ranger 1/warlock X for a World Serpent Inn campaign. Githyanki had invaded my world, I had killed them and took a level of ranger to get favored enemy-githyanki, and stole one of their Silver Swords. So I went around hitting things with a +1 greatsword that did Hideous Blow damage in addition to the 2d6 from the greatsword. I never fought another githyanki, but the anti-psionic greatsword was useful against all the mindflayers the DMs through at us (we had 4 or 5 DMs, each of which would run a session once in a while).
