im looking at the Justiciar prestige class from "seven days to the grave", a requirement feat for the class is either Investigator or Negotiator (p69), however on page 68 of the alpha rules it states in the designer notes stat block that these 2 feats (along with others) have been removed in pathfinder. I have the beta download , and there is no change that i can find , the feats were not put back in, so , how does one make a Justicar according to the rules? any thoughts?

I would say that this requirement would be shifted to the Skill Focus feat of an associated skill. As long as the PC had taken this feat focusing on diplomacy, sense motive, etc. they qualify.

We're about a year away from revealing official word on how 3.5 Pathfinder prestige classes work in the Pathfinder RPG... heck; the beta doesn't even HAVE prestige classes in it yet.
BUT: If you want to use the Justicar in a Beta playtest before we make an official decision, Skill Focus in an appropriate skill's a pretty good stand-in requirement.
