Hey all, I'd like some critique on my character concept. mechanics should all be reasonable since he was generated using rpgeXplorer, but the background is probably full of holes.
Is this a reasonable concept? Are there institutions like this is these parts of the world? Will this stand up to McArtor and Mona, and Jacobs' scrutiny?
Oh, and yes, I see that this would make a better background for an evil villain, but he is on the way to redemption....possibly.....
