A low energy globe (preferably with three loops and a hollow up the centre axis) hooked up to an oscillator - generating just enough to not be "light on". The presence of nuclear material in a sample tube in the middle increases chance of "light on" state thus indicating nuclear material - good for testing your soil and extracting nuclear material by continuous sample division.
