On p. 7 of Escape from Old Korvosa it says that there were seven sensitive people who were Kazavon's projects before the events that precipitated Edge of Anarchy. We know that Salvator Scream was one of these and that the other six suicided. Have any of you done anything with any of them?
"Left to their own devices, these impressionable victims would have developed in their own rights as talented artists or poets, but with Kazavon’s influence, they became murderers, rapists, or suicides."
Clearly these were unsavory people. Would this mass suicide be an event celebrated by the people of Old Korvosa?

It's not how I read the paragraph. A bit further on down it says, "they quietly killed themselves, becoming six more nameless victims in the wake of anarchy and the plague." My interpretation is that the six people committed their crimes in private and were relatively low key. The current six were probably never identified and their crimes remained unknown (or at least the identity of their perpretrators. When they died, knowledge of any crimes died with them.
Prior to the story arc, there were probably other victims that committed crimes, but again they were of a personal nature and occassionally arrested just like similar crimes. Large city has these problems, and they were seen as no different as any other.

Ditto this. And note that not all of the six may have commited any crimes other than suicide.
