Subscriptions are convenient!

And maybe we could get a 'Pathfinder GM' tag added if we subscribe. If Pax can make it, that leaves one slot open.

My gut instinct is that relatively few people would go for it, as once you've received a copy of the scenario you then can't play it yourself.

By ordering it you'll presumably receive a copy as soon as it's available (or, presumably, have access to the download) so unless the only way to obtain the scenario is by it being added to your downloads here and Paizo checking who downloads it and when, subscribing GMs would always be unable to play in any PFS adventure.

I suspect that in most cases most GMs who are running PFS scenarios will pick them up after a couple of months so that they've had a chance to play it themselves (obviously in any area there will need to be some who take the lead, but this will probably occur more-or-less the same as it did with LGH).

as my other name above said, I could see the benefits of this.

I'm going to be running them purely, unless someone plans to run PS at one of the local FLGS. If I get a subscription and get the modules autosent to me after the exclusivity period, then I win/win.

Scarab Sages

Someone has to run it in the first place so the other GM's can play...

I'd like a subscription option, especially if my group goes this route.

Count me in for a Pathfinder Society Modules subscription.

Ditto.

Wait, that would make me a... Hyperscriber? Ultrascriber? Uberscriber? Multiscriber? Terascriber? Hecatoscriber?

So if you download a scenerio you can't play in it???

Even if you promise not to peak??

This is a serious question actually, because I was hoping to be the download point for my group's home pathfinder society (hoping to get off the ground soon) so I can use my awesome pathfinder subscriber discount on them.

Ditto. I'd totally go for a subscription, but after the initial four (which I'll be playing at Gen Con UK and then running for everyone I can find to seed initial interest), I was hoping to organise some kind of GM rotation dealie for minimum scenario eating...

Scarab Sages

Some of us just want the mods to read so we can keep up with what's happening in the world.

Some of us are going to be the GM for home games.

It is a value add with little cost (that I can see).

Clearly there is a demand for this.

I'm pretty keen to know this as well now, as I was also planning to be the download point for our play group, but not be the DM. I am the Pathfinder buying mofo for our play group, so I would want to own these from an "I want to own everything Pathfinder" perspective!

I had a reread of the Pathfinder Society Rules and cannot find anything that says you cannot play if you have downloaded the scenerio, just that you can't play it if you have DMed it or played it before. If I am missing something could someone point me at the page it is on.
