Shopping Cart Question

I would like to place an order for the Harrow Deck and have a current ongoing Pathfinder Subscription. When I go to check out, my cart charges me for both the Harrow Deck and the subscription.

Currently, I am charged for the subscription when a new module ships, so I'm not sure why I would be charged for it here as well.

Can you help me? How can I place an order for a product without being charged twice for my subscription? Am I missing something?

I looked at your shopping cart and was unable to reproduce this behavior. What I get when I go through is this:

Your order confirmation page wrote:

Order Summary

Subtotal (1 Item) $13.59
Shipping & Handling $8.61
Order Total $22.20

Promotions Applied to Order

Pathfinder Advantage
Pathfinder Adventure Path subscribers get 15% off suggested retail price, excluding non-Paizo PDFs.

The one item is the Harrow Deck, which is regularly priced at $15.99, but since you have an Adventure Path subscription, you qualify for the Pathfinder Advantage discount, so it is priced at $13.59. The $8.61 is the shipping and handling fee.

Do you see anything different on your screen when you go through the checkout process? If so, please let me know as this may indicate a larger problem.

I removed the subscription from my cart per your response to another post. I'm hoping this doesn't end my Pathfinder Subscription...

Nope, it won't.

The only way to cancel your subscription is to inform Customer Service to do so.
