Can I Upgrade Shipping?? Order #1002922

Cosmo and Co., I placed an order today, Order #1002922, and I meant to do UPS Ground(2 business day) which was about $1.00 more than the USPS shipping it left me with (the standard 4-8 shipping days).

This is my first time ordering and I guess I didn't update or something before hitting 'Place my order'.

Can this be upgraded and charged to my credit card on file?
