Order #982207

Hi,

Order #982207 is reported as being shipped on July 10. I still haven't received it yet. It appears to be lost in the mail or something. I notice that there were a couple of other orders shipped out on that day that were arriving late, but since most of those reported in the Customer Service thread ended up arriving last week, I feel I've given the mail long enough to catch up if the package weren't truly lost.

Could you please send out replacements?

I will put replacements in with your next subscription shipment. If the original shipment should show up before the next one goes out (which is actually quite likely), please let me know and I will cancel these replacements. In the meantime, since we did ship the books out to you, the PDF are available for download in your My Downloads.
