I'm just curious if perhaps it was an error that Groetus only has 4 domains, but all other gods have 5 domains?
The fifth domain won't be revealed until the end times.

Yes, but June 6, 2008 was the release date for D&D 4th Edition. This was the "End of the World as we knew it."

As of right now, it's not an error. Groetus currently gets only four domains. We generally try to give our deities five domains, and when we do, we try to make sure that four of those five are from the PHB so that we prevent forcing folk to go online or to other sources to track down the additional SRD domains. We DID get a chance to include all of those additional domains (except for Scalykind, which none of the deities in the Hardcover grant anyway) in the hardcover...
...but Groetus is a strange case. Technically he SHOULD have a fifth domain, but the problem is that there's not really a good choice for him among those in the SRD for a fifth one. My goal is to build a brand new domain for him, actually, and hopefully include that new domain in the upcoming Gods & Magic book. We didn't really have room in the hardcover for a new domain as it was, so Goretus is running one domain short for now.
Not a perfect solution, but that's what it's at.
And no, I'm not yet ready to reveal more info about what Groetus's domain does, but it'll probably be the Dark Tapestry domain (aka: deep space). I haven't had to set it in stone in print yet, so the name is still in flux.
And ya know, just because one god has more domains than another doesn't mean it's more or less powerful than the other god....

that would mean he is mean enough to do with only 4?it would be too much to ask how the new Gods and Magic is doing? any intel on it? any sweet for us?
No clues yet about Gods & Magic. Keep watching the Blog, though! I suspect we'll be talking about it there pretty soon...
