Kirth, can I swing by a little early (1pm ish)? I still haven't geared up for 8th level and would appreciate your input.

TOZ and cyz are usually the first to arrive anyway, and 14:00 is a goal to shoot for rather than a time to be there by, for them. So I'm thinking if you arrive around 14:00 we should be able to get it done with little problem. Too much earlier than that and I won't be able to get the place cleaned up in time!

Sounds good. I'll be there then.

Grand Lodge

We gearing up to 8th? Which characters?

Hmmmm, good question. I assumed I was going to be playing my Mithral-clad fighter.

Yeah, let's see if we can finish the raid on the Blue Temple all in a rush! We'll come up with some reason why Agun isn't there (maybe it's finals week?) and Cadogan can call on his monk, rogue, fighter allies for assistance, and maybe Jak if Mundane can make it, too.

If we're going to nail the whole adventure in one go, I'll need someone to fill Andostre's role of preventing Derek and I from talking about books or movies... any volunteers?

Grand Lodge

Cyz will keep us on task. She's good at that.

Have fun, gang.

Feel free to run Agun as an NPC, also. There's a not too terribly out of date version of him on Agun's profile page.

REMINDER! Derek, you coming tomorrow? This is the dungeon you've been waiting for!

Liberty's Edge

I'll be there, 2pm. Got it. :-)

Grand Lodge

Does anyone see a problem with planning for the 8th as our next session?

Sounds good to me!
@ Derek - Zip Cadogan up to ECL 8th, now that he's finally achieved his long-term objective.

Liberty's Edge

You mean, ignoring the psion level? I'm already technically "ECL 8".

If you're trading your rogue skill tricks in for strong theurgy with the psion level, you're already ECL 8. If you retained psion powers and rogue skill tricks separately, then the psion level is a "non-associated class level" and you're ECL 7.5 (essentially 7th).

Liberty's Edge

Ok. We'll have to go over how the first thing works again then. I kinda like my rogue skill tricks, but if psion can be useful, that might be cool too.

I and perhaps one or two others were looking for a game, but it looks like this one has been running for a while...

It's sort of getting raggedy, with one player more or less retired, and houstonderek's schedule uncertain. I'd possibly be open to interviewing new players -- but the catch is that we play "Kirthfinder" (TOZ's name for it, not mine), rather than straight Pathfinder.

As the more or less retired player, there are games to be had in Houston, PF, and awesome homebrew. Message me for more info if you like. I have not had great experiences with in store games, but that may just be a matter of location / scheduling.

Also, it's a boy. And Kirth, your e-mail got hacked again.

Thanks -- I'm checking on it.

P.S. Name? Weight? Health? C'mon, man, we need details!

Grand Lodge

Party A or B for this weekend, and what level?

Let's do Party B, 5th, if that's OK?

I will be ready.

Grand Lodge

I am shamed that I have just now found this thread. I'm still running the Monday night Pathfinder Society games at Asgard, and we are always open to new players.

I have a somewhat cluttered website explaining the basics of organized play and with a link to our sign-up system here. pfs-at-asgard.net

Our venture captain is also looking to get a society game running at Heroes. PM me if you'd be interested in that.

Heh. I just assumed he was talking about me, although for the same reason!

Congratulations! I second Kirth's request for details!

James Lawrence is a tiny little guy, but he and his mother are both in good health.

Bad-ass name! Congratulations!

My brother is going to be visiting next week, and we were thinking of getting him a Kirthfinder game. How does the 20th sound for everyone? (I may be able to get leave for the whole time, so I'll let you know if other dates are doable.)

I think Mundane's long-awaited underwater game debut is the 20th, which would be a conflict on that day. Right now, it looks like the 27th would be better for me (unless Mrs Gersen explains that we have plans for Memorial Day weekend).

Of course, there's no reason you can't run a Kirthfinder game even if I can't make it! ;)

Liberty's Edge

The 20th is the day before my birthday, so that would be cool. I have someone visiting from New York Memorial Day weekend though, so no go for me.

Grand Lodge

I'm looking at taking the 16th through the 23rd off, so if some other day sounds good let me know. He's only in town between those dates.

The 27th is my Austin PF game, so that's a no-go.

Well, like I said, no need for Kirth to be present in order to play Kirthfinder. In fact, my wager is that Derek could run it at this point just as well as I do.

Awww man, Mundane is going to run her underwater campaign? How I wish I could get in on that. Kirth, please make inappropriate advances towards a dolphin on my behalf.

Grand Lodge

Actually, now that I think about it, the May PF games got canceled due to the DM moving houses. So the 27th should be open.

Grand Lodge

Spoke too soon, the 27th is our first game in the new place.

Liberty's Edge

Bumping just to bump.

Word.

Blub.

The place has gotten dusty these last few months.

Grand Lodge

Hey TOZ! I just came by to scatter some more dust for you :)

Kirth, we're planning on being in town the 11th and 12th, FYI. (Also through the 17th, but I'll be the only one not working.)

Any one curious about a Wednesday Pathfinder game? Meets every other Wednesday from 6 pm to 10 pm.

Suz has to work the 11th, but I should be free, if you want to hang out and/or maybe try and get a game together.

I'd be interested in that possibility.

I just got back into gaming recently. I've been GMing Pathfinder for a group of friends, but I'm also interested in playing a character in a local group.

Edit: I live in the Galleria area. I can drive though as long as it's pretty much still in Houston.

He's in Montrose, not much of a drive at all.

The Exchange

Ah Houston if your scorching heat were only closer then I could game more often.

The Exchange

I'm on the Northside of Houston near Spring and always looking for games. Space City CON was great this past weekend.
