Ok, so I just "purchased" the two free Sean K Reynolds PDFs, but I cannot personalize them. Whenever I click the personalize link, nothing happens. I've downloaded free stuff before, and using the personalize link always gives me a new "download" link. Am I just impatient, or is something wrong?

im having the same problem. i guess we should just wait, they'll fix it soon enough, and the pdfs are free :)

It appears to just affect those two items, as I can still personalize everything else in my assets page. Gary'll fix it though.

Whoops, I started another thread about this same problem, so at least it isn't me. Since a few people have posted here, I'm jumping on this one.

Definitely the SKR pdfs, I paid for mine, so it isn't just the free ones or something. My other downloads work fine.

To be specific, when I click "personalize" it changes nothing and gives no indication a download is possible. Refreshing doesn't help.

Maybe we were just too quick on the draw.

Oh, by the way "Sword into Plowshares" is awesome, I got it about 5 months ago from DriveThruRPG.

yeah, same here. im glad i decided to wait until next friday to grab the other two, i'd probably be a little put out if i committed $12 and couldn't DL...

i will say this for the second time today: paizo has the BEST CS of any company i've ever dealt with!

Oops. I am guessing about 20 of those are mine...sorry.

But that's really cool. I would highly recommend that people donate the $7 to get the monster book, and I'm glad so many people are supporting SKR!

i've always enjoyed his work. definitely going to get the other two when my next check hits (the campaign setting kinda tightened the budget a bit this week).
