I don't think the setting will be terribly difficult to convert, mainly looking to not reinvent the wheel with regards to the races, classes, and magic system.

Just as an aside, did you know the world of Tamriel was first conceived of as a homebrew D&D campaign setting? It was then adapted to the Elder Scrolls games. It would be cool if Bethesda would put up information about conversions, but I suppose they don't because of various copyright issues. That, and they're too busy producing awesome games of their own!
