Hi, I am moving in a few weeks. Is it possible to suspend my subscriptions until early September after we get moved and settled? I am worried that the very important August shipment will get lost. My current post office has enough trouble with regular deliveries, let alone if it has to get forwarded someplace else.

This is no problem! I have suspended your subscriptions until further notice. When you are ready to start receiving your items again, let me know and I will send any delayed shipments together with the current shipment.

Cosmo, I cannot figure out how to change my address for subscriptions. Once I change that, I'll be ready to resume my subscriptions.
So, where do I change my address?

Under "My Subscriptions", find your address and click "change" to change it. since they were cancelled, it's possible you'll need to activate them again first then change the address.

Actually, from what I read, Cosmo suspended the subscription rather than cancelled it. We do this for folks who need to take a break for a short period of time. When the subscription resumes, they get all the issues that they missed during the subscription suspension shipped to them. IN this way, they keep their subscription intact while still not having them shipped during a time when they don't want them for whatever reason. So I assume that all Cosmo needs to do is unsuspend the sub and away we go!

Lisa is correct. The subs are suspended and need to be unsuspended. But I still need to update my address. I don't see a "change" link on the
"my subscriptions" page. Each subscription lists my old address, but I don't see where to change it to my current address. I may be missing the very obvious, though. I am suffering from Pathfinder withdrawal. The shakes make it hard to read my screen.Dave

The Pathfinder #14 delay will work in your favor, since it gives you a couple of weeks before any automatic activity will occur on your subscriptions.
Please take a moment to swing by your My Subscriptions page, choose your combined shipping option, and update your address.
Your subscriptions will automatically pick up with the next volumes. If you would like us to start dropping your missed volumes in with your subscription shipments, please drop me a line at customer.service@paizo.com letting me know how many (or all) of the missed products you want. Your subscriptions will not catch themselves up automatically, so you will have to inform Paizo Customer Service if/when you want a past volume put in with your subscription shipments.
