Could you please confirm shipment of my order #921334?
My order history says it was sent June 30th. I just received Pathfinder #11 (shipped July 10) yesterday, but I've yet to receive #921334
Other question- I’d like to subscribe pathfinder modules and companion. Could you please add Pathfinder Module LB1: Tower of the Last Baron to shipment of the order #1000623 or my august shipment, please? If not I will start with LB2, I’m an international customer

It did ship out on June 30. I know it seems counter-intuitive, but the fact that Pathfinder #11 shipped later and has already arrived actually has no bearing on whether or not this shipment will arrive.
Your order shipped via standard postal rate which has an estimated delivery time to Europe of 9 to 36 business days. Today is the 15th business day from the date of departure, so your book should be showing up anytime.
As for order 1000623, this order has already shipped. Furthermore, we cannot combine subscription items with non-subscription shipments at this time. This is a functionality we are working on bringing to our subscribers, but it is not yet available. However, once your subscriptions are created, you can go to your My Subscriptions page and choose to have all of your subscription items combined into one shipment every month.

Hello,
I've received #921334 this morning, but it was partially damaged (the envelope was bent) :(
What would I need to do to get a replacement? If I buy another copy... could you ship it in better envelope?

Since it was damaged in the mail, we can send you a replacement. However, since it is being shipped internationally we are very limited in our shipping options and only have one type of package for that particular item.
