This was supposed to have shipped July 10, and I haven't seen any sign of it. Did it actually ship?

Your order did ship out. It shipped via standard postal rate, so it should usually arrive within 4 to 8 business days. Today would be the 8th business day from the date of departure, so it is definitely running a little late a this point. However, it is not yet so late that we should give up on it. If you still have not seen it by the end of next week, let me know and I will put replacements in with your next subscription shipment.
