Glancing Hella's way, "I assume some of this belonged to your friends once. I'm sorry the lizard escaped to plague others." Then to everyone, "I'll carry the heavy stuff to the orc graves and we can leave it there until we return."

"It was their king that was the true threat and he is dead. We haven't given them much time to regroup. They will probably run screaming at the mere sight of us. Come on, let's go."

Apparently the goblins have tried to replace the doors you busted down, but the doors don't really fit and they don't close properly, so they stand ajar. There are no signs of goblins on watch.

You don't find any traps, but as you approach, two goblin faces rapidly disappear from the open doorway into the great room. The guard rooms look abandoned. Only the pools of drying blood and the debris from the broken doors tell of the great battle here.

Moving forward to the double doors with Sandros she will try and determine where the goblins have run off too. When she is still 40' feet from the doors she will toss her everburning torch into the center of the chamber to light it up. As she passes the arrow slit rooms, "Looks like they totally abandoned this area."
As far as you can tell, the goblins have abandoned the outlying rooms. The ones you saw ducked back into the great hall.
Jiro hears some kind of agitated conversation in goblin, and there is a scramble for weapons and such. Peeking around the corner, he notices that the goblins seem to be turning to a female goblin dressed in some strange sort of quilted rags. She barks some orders to the goblins and they disperse around the walls of the room.
There are about twenty goblins in the room.
Roylenna will hang back about 25' behind Sandros and Ka'kara, who I presume are behind our stealthy pair at this point. She fidgets as she waits, "Proteus, what are we waiting for? Didn't we defeat all the goblins?"
Unless someone specifies otherwise, her Dancing Lights are with Sandros and Ka'kara, but to one side so they don't cast shadows from the sneaky folk into the great hall as they approach the doors.

"We can close with their new leader pretty quick. Once she is down they will probably scatter again or (glancing at Sandros' bow and fingering one of her own javelins) we can just fill them full of arrows and javelins from here."
Hella:

"I thought the same, Royl," Proteus says as he awaits the return of the scouting party.

Hella stops advancing and attempts to catch Jiro's gaze. She attempts to use hand gestures to indicate that they should return to the group.

"Guess we scared 'em," Sandros muses thoughtfully. He looks at Royl. "We'll cover you if you want to talk," he tells her, "or Proteus, if he would rather."
After explaining the situation in the next room and the goblins current disposition, Hella glances to Roylenna. With a slight smile escaping the side of her mouth, she asks in Halfling:
"I'm willing to attempt to negotiate with the goblins if Royl isn't up to it" .
Roylenna smiles at her fellow halfling and tells Proteus, "I think this is our stage, my friend." She reaches up to take his hand and fairly drags him toward the door. She stops and turns to others, "I think I will try to see if two of them will meet us in the room outside the great hall. Two of us, two of them. So you guys wait here and watch for anything, ok?"
She leads the cleric, stopping at the end of the hallway and speaks loudly.
In Goblin:
In the meantime, she plays with her Dancing Lights, moving them around the room and making it clear to any within the hall that there are only two waiting because she's careful to light all of the corners as the lights move back and forth.
Jiro watches with a smile as Royl veritably drags Proteus through the doors to meet with the goblins.
Proteus can be heard saying, "but, but,,," obviously unhappy about the lack of planning, as he is being dragged by the hand down the hallway in the halfling's tow.

Ka'kara smiles at Proteus as he is lead by, "Not to worry, just say the word and I'll be in there before you can blink."
There is a commotion among the goblins and you all tense in anticipation of another halfling pincushion incident, but nothing happens for a short while. Eventually the goblin in the quilted robe appears with another goblin warrior.
They motion to the rest of the party to keep their distance, but don't appear to notice Jiro hiding behind the corner.
The goblin looks you over and says:
If you are here for plunder, we'll grant you free passage through our hall. And if you are here to free He-who-waits, we'll help you in any way we can."
Sandros' bow is at the ready, covering the intrepid negotiators.
Proteus straightens his leather cuirass as the goblins make their way through the door. After they conclude their speech, Proteus says:
"Butchers?" he says with a look of surprise. The recollection of Rana being decapitated by this same band of goblins and now being their implied "butcher" catches even the stoic Proteus off gaurd. Proteus quickly wipes the astonishment from his demeanor and replaces it with his usual stolid bearing. "We had no interest in your goblin king until he thought it would be clever to strike against us when we appeared weakened after our conflict with the righteous man in the room beyond," Proteus states unemotionally as he points back from where they came. "Perhaps there is a possibility for some sort of truce. However, before that can even be discussed, there is the demand of restitution that must be made for the death of our ally."
Proteus straightens his leather cuirass as the goblins make their way through the door. After they conclude their speech, Proteus says:

The goblin chieftainess raises her arms in exasperation:
We are indeed grateful to you for ridding us of Grezzo. That is the reason why we are talking to you at all. But this is too much. Our ways part here. I suggest that you take your murdering elsewhere, for even depleted of many a fine warrior we know how to defend ourselves."
She starts edging back toward the hall.

Besides, we are willing to let you use the indentation in our hall if you find the sword. We want to free He-who-waits just as much as you do.
And we will grant you free passage in case you want to explore beyond our halls. We don't care what happens to those orcs. What more do you expect from us?"

Not having a clue as to what anyone is saying Ka'kara grumbles, "Look if they aren't up for a fight lets at least get the kings chest or whatever that key we found goes too. What was his is now ours, right? Anyway supposedly there is a greatsword around here that hurts goblins and the like, other than mine I mean, have them point the way and I'll take it far from here for them."
