Description: Much like the avatar only older. Jiro is heavily tanned from long years spent in the sun. He is shorter than most and pronounces it even further by stooping slightly most of the time. His clothes are well worn and thread bare in places. His Order has taken a vow of poverty so when he travels he relies on the kindness of the common folk for food and lodging. He can usually be found helping with household chores and playing with the local children.
Back Story: Jiro was the second son of an up and coming merchant family. The family suffered some ill luck and lost all of their earnings. Unable to support the family as it was Jiro's father gave him to the local monastary to live at the age of 10. Jiro gave up his family and given name and took the name Jiro which simply means " second son". Jiro quickly came to view the monks of the monastery as family and enjoyed their simple way of life. Through the years he would here gossip about his former family and how they had amassed lands and wealth again under the guidance of his older brother. He would occasionlly correspond with his brother about life in the monastery and his brother would tell him of his business dealings and about the family. When Jiro's father died he went and paid his respects, it was the first time he had seen his former family since going to live at the monastary.
Currently he is travelling to his families estate once more to pay his respects to his brother who has recently passed away.
