Wild Mage

Does anyone have a write up of the Wild Mage from 2nd ed. or one for 3rd ed.? Not the Rage Mage, but the surge and random magical event type Wild Mage. I remember some of the details, but not enough of them to piece everything together.

No I was referring to the 2nd ed. Wild Mage that had a bit more flavor.

The Complete Arcane Wild Mage is a pale comparison.

I seem to recall big tables for the wild magic effects...either that, or I made my own for 3.5.
