Hi,
Since both orders are pending (one since the 28th of august and the other since sunday evening), does it mean that you will merge them and send me one parcel ?Thank you

Not by default, no.
If you wish to have two existing orders merged, you will always need to notify Paizo Customer Service, either here on the messageboard, or via email or phone.
However, these two orders cannot be merged. We currently cannot merge subscription items and non-subscription items into one shipment. this is a feature that we are working on bring to our subscribers in the future, but it is not yet available.
