I placed this order a week ago with expedited shipping and now it is still showing as pending. Is there a way to speed up this order?

This order is still listed as pending from 2 weeks ago as is order number 983759 from one week ago.

I understand you are currently very busy and understaffed.

The one book I am very eager to get my hands on is the Black Company Campaign Setting.

Is it possible to ship just that one book today and then combine all the other items into another shipment later?

Order 979355 will be shipping today. As for order 983759, the Exalted Essence Beads have a shipping estimate of 5 to 11 business days from the date the order was placed, and this applies to the entire order. Since the order was placed on July 1, so today would be 5th business day.

I will move the items on order 983759 which are ready to go (which is everything but the Beads) onto order 979355, so it will all go out today. This means that the Beads will ship by themselves sometime in the next 6 business days. I have sent you new confirmation emails for both orders which should reflect all the changes.

Looking at my order history, it appears that every item has shipped except a single transparent orchid colored d6...

I would rather cancel that d6 than pay $4+ shipping on a 59 cent item-I've got enough d6s for now, thanks!

This item has been canceled. Apparently our inventory was incorrect and there were no more of these d6's in our warehouse when they went to ship the order.
