I am working on a rough draft of a adventure path that I am going to run as my new 4E campaign and I would like to get some feedback on it.
Basically three evil deities have formed an alliance and are using their mortal worshipers to strive towards a common goal (?)
The deities/worshipers are:
Yeenoghu/Gnolls
Sekolah/Sahuagin
Zehir/Yuan-ti
I needed an good idea for what they are striving to do.

Whatever it is - since Gnolls and Sahuagin (and their deities) are basically savage I doubt they would be "equal partners" in a grand scheme. It is far more likely they have been lead / manipulated (maybe even duped) into it by the yuan'tis very own god. (might provide good hooks for roleplaying later on when the PC could help their enemies what really happens...on the other hand "the enemy of my enemy is my enemy...)

Yeah, I had figured that Zehir is the instigator of the plan and that he recruited Sekolah and Yeenoghu into their triumvirate.

I dont see them as a good group to pull together.
I see Zehir, Tharizdun, and the demon lord trapped in the ice as a better combo. All three want to escape some sort of imprisonment and are researching a ritual to do so. They decided to pool resources to accomplish this and it has a classic feel to it.
Orcus, Zehir, and Zenooghu might work well together as well to say overthrow Asmodeus.
An abyssal power struggle seems like a good idea.

A ragged nation of gnoll pirates, at odds with a vast human empire straddling an inland sea, ally with the Sahuagin on some kind of wild plot to submerge the human empire. The gnolls, suffering from over population and persecution, goals are two fold.... the empire they loathe is ravaged and a massive series of broken islands will be created by the resulting deluge. They plan on colonizing these islands and enslaving the stunned, cut off, human populace. The remainder of the human empire will be dashed into the sea where the Sahuagin will feed on the carnage and the Yuan-ti are in it for the wholesale slaughter....maybe said human empire is built on the remains of their ancestors kingdom and they want to see humanity suffer for their past hubris.

Alright, now I pieced this monstrosity together while thankfully drowning out my wife babbling on and on about the brain hemorrhage that was the Sex in the City Movie. I've got some massive campaign arc whirling around in my head involving a network of Sahuagin temples stranded above ground after the oceans receded, gnoll war parties scouring the wilderness to gather artifacts from these lost temples to give to Sahuagin spell casters who are doggedly trying to piece together a primeval spell infused with the power to birth a biblical stylized storm that will drown humanity. Oh and I can't forget.... Yuan-Ti assassins slithering into human cities to burn any repository of knowledge and slay any scholars that might have any shred of information relevant to this convoluted Evil Justice League plot....
