Poll on EnWorld : which of D&D version will you be playing by the end of the year !

I created a poll on EnWorld to see what D&D version you'll be playing by the end of 2008.

It's really too early to say yet, people who are presently fanatical about 4e can't yet know how it is for long term playability and replayability, or what effect supplements and modules that may be released may change things, that kind of stuff none of us can know till about this time next year.

Your poll will probably come out as most others have - 60%ish will be playing 4e, and 40%ish will be playing some other shade of D&D.

I rather think, or suspect at least, if you run the same poll this time next year, it'll have shifted to about 50/50, as I suspect 4e lacks the chops to cut it long term.

We shall see.

The results so far are not what I expected. It currently is closer to 40% 3.5/PfRPG with 35% 4.0. I thought more people, especially at ENWorld, would be saying 4.0.
