Change to Combined Shipping Method

Hi,

I changed my combined shipping method for my subscriptions from "once a month" to "ship with Pathfinder Adventure Path" so that I would get the AP volumes as soon as possible.

Now the side cart says that items are waiting to ship with Pathfinder AP vol 11. One of the items waiting (previously for monthly shipment) is Pathfinder AP vol 10.

Can you please ship Pathfinder AP vol 10 and any other waiting subscription items now. Then next month it should ship whenever vol 11 is ready.
