PF1 lists there as being 8 employees that live in the glassworks. Is it safe to assume that some of the workers don't live there? Or are there only 8 employees of the whole factory? One of my PCs is a bit of a Marxist and is planning on organizing the workers in the factory and I want to know how many of them there are and if they all live there. That'll add a little bit of flame to his fire!

There are only 8 employees, I believe, in the whole factories. There's a few more folk that the Kaijitsus employ as resource gatherers and shippers and the like, but as for actual factory workers, those 8 are pretty much it.
