Hello,
I just received the package containing Pathfinder #9, Pathfinder Chronicles Gazetteer and Classic Monsters Revisited.
All of the books are badly damaged. They package had been bent at several places, evidently partly opened, and at some point it had gotten wet. As a result the covers and pages of all the books are warped out of shape.
How do I go about getting a refund on said items and preferably new copies ?

I am sorry to hear of your damaged books! I will put replacement books in with your next subscription shipment. However, you should definitely contact your local postal delivery agency to ensure that this does not become a chronic problem, as we will not be able to replace every shipment if they all arrive damaged. If notifying them does not accomplish this, you may see if you have an alternate address (work, family, friend, etc.) to which we can send your books that is served by a different office.
Thanks,
cos

Thank you. I feel relieved now. :)
This is the first shipment I've gotten that's been damaged. All the previous ones have been OK. Also, I really have no idea at which point of transit the books have been damaged. Overseas shipping is a b&$+#, it seems.
Again, thank you for the reply. A pleasure doing business with you good sirs. ;)
