Your package shipped via standard postal delivery, which can take anywhere from 9 to 36 business days to reach European destinations. Today is the 16th business day from the date of departure, so it really should be showing up anytime now. If you still haven't seen it in a couple of weeks, let me know and we can take another look at it then.
