Here's my latest wallpaper... I'm thinking about doing a series of these what do you think?
I'm not sure I like the color of the leather texture.

You can also see the other iconic wallpapers here.

Nice job on the background.

Somehow? As if there was ever any doubt. ;D

I like to think that James and Wes included a female gnome druid in the lineup just for me. ^_^

Ohh I would definately love to see the whole line of these. I always thought that it was a shame they stopped doing wall papers in the blog and I cant use adobe reader well enough to get that wonderful wayne reynolds art into a jpg format so I can make it into a desktop background.

Great work, I like the Barbarian in Front of Sky Battle theme - great work on the "window" design.

So we have a pervy little gnome fancier here, eh? I bet you have a poster-sized print of Ravenloft 3e/PHB's female gnome.

I'm not sure about pervy, and I'm also not sure why you're surprised. I've never once made my love of gnomes (especially the pigtailed girl ones) a secret. *shrug*

While I do own some gnome art, I never looked at the 3e Ravenloft stuff so I don't know who you're talking about.

My (real, human) girlfriend is very tolerant of my oddnesses, but I think that would be pushing the envelope too far. ;D

That's a real shame. It rocks. It shows a male and a female gnome how they might be encountered in Ravenloft. He's sporting a decent gothy haircut and doing the talking-to-skull impression (probably musing about the respective advantages of being or not), while she's playing plucky swordswoman.

I looked for it online, but couldn't find the pic anywhere. If you ever happen upon a Ravenloft Campaign Setting or Player's Handbook, take a look at the races pictures (I like most of them).

Those are awesome! I'd love to see one for Ezren. (Nothing says computer like a wizard) And I'm sure there's a lot of people who would like a Seoni one.

Sovereign Court

Do you guys like the ones with the leather texture or the ones with the map background better?

Ravenloft Gnomes

You're welcome. XD

I love the Ravenloft gnome design, and I'm a big fan of gnomes in general. I'm happy to hear that Mike is as well.

I think the leather texture is really cool, myself. It makes for a very clean look.

I love these too, although i think i would prefer without the "window", ie without the wolves for the gnomette, for something less menacing, just nice.
Could that be a request ?

Would you like it on the leather background or map background?

These are great, Trent! I love how you use only one Iconic per wallpaper, avoiding to make them overcrowded.

Is there any chance of you making wallpapers of other iconics who didn't got theirs. I'm talking about Paladin, Monk and Half-Elf Sorcerer? Of course, any other monster, NPC or Iconic would be totally welcome.

Trent Slabaugh wrote:

Trent

Aaaagh ! Never give me a choice...

Huh, for the gnomette, i would say the leather background.

Well...

I was going to try my hand at Wallpapers, but anything I come up with would pale besides Trent's work.

Incredible - keep it up.

Ha ha! Awesome! She looks like a WoW gnome. :)

I love WoW gnomes in WoW, but I don't thik I'd want to see them anywhere but there... and maybe Krynn...

The Pig-tails are cool, but I prefer the body-type of the RL one - more like 'little people' then WoW's 'chubby baby' look.

And if you like Pigtails, this Drow is one of my favorites -

Crinti Babe

Thats from 3eFR's Shining South - she could pass for dark-skinned Goth Gnome. :D

One of the concepts I was trying to do with the wallpapers was to not repeat the image in the "window" of the leather wallpapers. I've tried gleaming from Paizo's website images that would match the character in concept or tone. So my intention is to do one of every iconic, unfortunately it seems they keep coming out with iconics faster than I can work on these. :)

Aawww, that's cu....SHE'S CASTING SHOCKING GRASP!!!!

I love gnomes. As cute as they're deadly.

In an ironic way, by pulling the gnome out of the PH in D&D4, WotC gave them a surge of popularity they were not used to.
The cartoon contributed too (my favorite one). ;)
