Order # 935428 came in today missing the Gazetteer. Also what happened to my shipping preference? I was getting everything in a nice box which came with one of those free card boosters. The last order came in the cardboard envelope with no order statement. I figured it was a fluke and didn't pay it any mind. This time the same thing happened and of course the missing book. The label clearly shows both were supposed to be included.

Can you bump me back to whatever shipping I had before?

Just looked through the other posts and saw this was problem with others. Sending it with my next shipment will be fine. What would the increase in shipping be to get my new orders shipped in a box as before? I didn't even think about the stamp increase having an effect on the big items.

I will make sure that a copy of the Gazetteer gets put in with your next subscription shipment. I have also made sure that all of your subscriptions are set to UPS Ground shipping, which is the method which guarantees that you get your shipments in a box. With USPS Standard Mail, orders are only shipped in a box if the contents won't fit in the paperboard envelope.
