Gazetteer missing from Order 942923

I seem to have a similar issue as others who had the Gazetter and AP #9 shipped in one package. I just recieved the order today and no Gazetter. If Cusotmer Service could look into the issue that would be great.

Yep already downloaded the pdf when I got notified about the pending shipment. I like having both options available for me.
