What if before Bahor offers them the deal they have been taking alot of the magic items from Bahor will he want them all back?
Since he is giving them a Ring of Evasion for killing someone they might of already killed.
I know he treasure chest he will want to keep it all but what about the Suit of studed leather and the few other items

If Bahor finds out the PCs have been looting his home (and it's very likely he knows if they have, thanks to his third eye magic), I can certainly see him asking for most of the treasure back from the PCs, or alternately not giving them the ring and letting them keep what they've got. If the Pcs have already looted his treasury, though, he'll certainly demand all that back. Of course, that also means the PCs have the crossbow that can take him apart pretty quickly, so he'll have to step carefully on his demands in this case, I would think...
