Dire otter? Ferret? Badger? Issue 292 cover.

I remember seeing the answer to what it was and even stats on it. But i forgot it a while back. What is she riding? I'm thinking otter or ferret... leaning towards ferret.

And if possible if anyone could post the stats <.<

It's definitely a ferret. A sable colored ferret to be specific. I've had several ferrets, and currently have two. It's not an otter and definitely not a badger.

I remember weasel ala beastmaster, but that might be the same thing as ferret.

Cory is correct; a ferret for sure. (Great pets, by the way).
My game is full of giant ferrets; use dire weasel stats, and advance the critter to Large if you want it big enough to ride (although a real ferret's scampering gait would throw off a rider within a few steps).

Yeah, a ferret's gait has more ups and downs than a roller coater. Riding one would be more difficult than riding a bucking bull.

Apparently, others were interested in stats for that creature. The stats were posted in Scale Mail of issue #305. ;)
