The item description does not mention PDF, but when you add it to the cart it shows up at a lower price with PDF listed. Can you confirm that the printed product is not available? If the printed version is available, can you add it to my recent order? Thanks!

Thanks for pointing that out—we'll get that display fixed.

The printed product is not available—in fact, our distributor removed it from their database entirely in February, which indicates that they're not expecting any more copies.
