Since WoTC has declined to renew the Dungeon and Dragon licenses, they are the only ones who have the ability to release a hardbound Age of Worms. Given their desire to promote 4E, I would not expect to see them produce such a book, sadly.

Yet they still sell the PDFs and other printed magazines. They still sell the Dragon Books (Art, Compendium, Ecologies, etc) so it wouldn't be without approach that this could happen.
Its not really producing anything new as it has already been printed. It will be put into another format, much like taking a printed book and making a pdf.

Wizards of the Coast would need to give permission. They haven't done so and probably will not do so.

Agreed. At least at the top of the AoW board (don't go to STAP board, so don't know if this is a constant there as well.)
Has been answered by Paizo staff several times. They can't do it. Period. Ask WotC if you want a hardbound.
