Hey,
Is the Stat Blocks Appendix from the back of the HC available online anywhere?
My end aim is to get these values into RPTools Init Tool, but if someone has them in DMGenie format then I can convert those easily enough.
Failing that simply a file or set of files with all the stat blocks from the HC appendix in text format would be a great help.
Cheers

I'm thinking about putting most (if not all) of the SCAP cast (hardcover statblock section) into PCGen. While having access to the stats (and also a quick way to add spell boni and buffs) it also helps to fix problems with the skill modifier.
Just two examples.
The Last Laugh Harlequins are Monk/Assassins. Assassin has a prerequisite of 4 ranks in Disguise which is a cross-class skill for monks. That means there are 8 ranks necessary instead of just 4, which happen to be missing after I try to rebuild the harlequins in PCGen.
Finch has a strength of 6 and wears leather armor, which puts him solidly into medium load. The medium load should affect his skills substantially, but it hasn't been factored in in the HC.
Are there more than just me using PCGen and have already created some NPCs in PCGen ? If so, please contact me and we can share and collect the full swing and put up the package on rpgenius when it's complete.
Cheers,
Nib

I'm just beginning Chapter 10 this week, and was wondering if there are any stat blocks available for the later chapters. RPG Genius is great for the lower levels, but doesn't have any available for the higher end game, when they could really be useful.
The stat blocks in the back are ok, but can be difficult to read in a hurry. I'm also currently lacking access to a copier, so much page flipping is entailed.

The truth is that not a lot of people who start a campaign will finish it. This could be because of the famous game killing comment "You know, I have this great idea for a cool game!" and off people run to the newest shiny game idea (ADHD instead of AD&D?) or perhaps the loss of players through the influence of real life (people moving, school, whatever) or the number of TPKs this campaign seems capable of producing. Whatever the cause, that is the reality.
Since so few people get to the end game, you'll find less and less help at the later chapters. Sorry man.
I personally find that I spend a good portion of my prep time transferring the stats in the back onto 3x5 cards that I can use in combat (I can mark them up as they take dmg or from buff or debuffs... whatever). While this is a lot of work, it also lets me spend time while doing it thinking about and understanding the capabilities of each of the creatures who the PCs will be facing... and this makes combats a lot more interesting.
