Order # 933147 - shipping address

Hi,

Last shipment (#8) of my Pathfinder subscribtion went to my home address at Nolensstraat instead of the listed shipping address at Van de Spiegelstraat.

I asked Customer Service to make sure the next issue (#9) went to my work address at Van de Spiegelstraat. Last week I got the email containing issue 9 which once again shipped to my home address (see below). Somehow this is not going the way it is supposed to. Coud you guys look at this?

I apologize for the mix-up. Unbeknownst to me at the time, There was an additional setting that needed to have been changed after we fixed the bug affecting the shipment of Pathfinder #8 for the fix to take. I have fixed this setting and, henceforth, future volumes should go the correct address as normal. I am very sorry for the continued inconvenience.

No worries Cos. The address is valid (it's my home address), but I'll just have to pick it up from the post office later because it won't fit in my mailbox.
