Just a follow-up - the two orders got shipped separately.. ? So you might want to check whatever process you did, as it didn't work.

Well... In a way it did.

When I originally went to combine the orders, the previous order (951414) was already in queue to ship out. I added the item from the second order (the GameMastery Flip-Mat: Cathedral from order 952361) to the first adn recalculated the shipping and handling fee. What should have happened then was that the change gets noticed when the order ships and the the changes get made to the order and then it ships. Unfortunately the change wasn't noticed and the two orders (actually now two parts of one order) got shipped separately. I'm pretty sure the system (as opposed to the warehouse monkeys) dropped the ball on this one.

However, you were charged shipping and handling as if they had shipped together. Which is the most important thing.
