Curious as to why my order has not shipped yet. Is it waiting on something from the manufacturer or warehouse? The charge went through, but the product seems not to have left the shipper as of date. The PDF's have also not been added to my downloads section for my chronicles products.

Your order in in queue and should ship sometime this week. On the 25th, the order was authorized, but it will not be charged until it ships. Your PDF will become available when it ships.

Recieved the PDFs (thanks!) but order has still not shipped yet. Its been showing as "shipping" since the 30th. Oddly enough, the item I ordered the day after has already left the warehouse. I'm mostly curious why an order placed ships almost immediately, but a subscription order that in theory has been prepared in advance seems to take over a week just to leave the warehouse.

This is only recently been the case. I could understand if items that leave the warehouse in 3-5 days took up to a week to leave but thus items I order ship with paizo's usual expediency, leaving only my regular orders to linger for unknown times.

Actually, your order has already shipped. It shipped out to you on the 30th.

The reason it still says "Shipping" is that all subscription orders remain with this status until all of them have been shipped. This is because subscription orders, as opposed to regular orders, are shipped in large batches. "Shipped" in this case means that the mailing label is printed, the PDFs are made available, and the book is charged. We usually get all the printed labels onto envelopes and those envelopes out the warehouse door on the same day that they are printed, but not always. Because of this small lag-time, we have to choose a date beforehand by which we expect that all of the books will have been shipped. Then we consider that ALL of the books shipped in this pass shipped out by this date, especially for USPS shipments.

However, since your order shipped via UPS, the UPS tracking shows that it left the warehouse on the 30th and should be showing up at your address today. Possibly already.

Hmmm....then I have one further question, and this might be a case of me missing my perception check. Is there a way for the customer to check the UPS tracking through the order history so incorrect assumptions aren't made? It is a bit misleading at first or even second glance, since when you look at previous orders the ship date is almost always right at 5-10 days after the date the order is placed. This however might be a simple matter of when the last of the batch is sent out

For subscription orders in particular, your best bet would be to use the UPS tracking code in your confirmation email. This inquiry has actually lead us to find the one small bug that is in this system, which is that your UPS Tracking information should already be displayed on your order history and it is not. Until Gary is able to fix this, I would recommend that you hold onto the tracking number in the email.
