Questions related to Orders 613419

I placed Order 613419 for:
- Pathfinder Modules Ongoing Subscription
- Pathfinder Chronicles Gazetteer (OGL) Print Edition
- GameMastery Module J2: Guardians of Dragonfall (OGL) Print Edition
which shipped Friday.

Order 930585 contained my first 2 Ongoing Modules
- GameMastery Module W2: River into Darkness (OGL) Print Edition
- GameMastery Module D3: The Demon Within (OGL) Print Edition

I see in My Downloads the PDFs for the modules in order for 930585. I also have a link for
- GameMastery Module J3: Crucible of Chaos
which I believed would be part of my Ongoing Subscription. I don't see J2 there.

So my questions are:
- How long after an item ships before it becomes available in My Downloads?
- Am I getting a print version of J3 as part of my Ongoing Sub or do I need to order it and it's showing up in My Downloads was a mistake?

Your PDFs for subscription products become available when they are shipped out to you.

Your Pathfinder Modules subscription began with Module J3. This module was selected as the beginning module of the subscription when you placed order 613419, and it was shipped out to you with J2 and your Gazetteer. This shipment went out on Friday, the 25th. Since it came out before your subscription started, module J2 is not a part of your subscription and therefore does not come with a free PDF.
