I can't select the shipment metod

I'm trying to do an order and the only shipment metod I can select is USPS Priority (I like it for my suscription but not for all the orders) ¿It's a bug or it is normal?

Your order of seven books exceeds the 4 pound weight limit for USPS Bound Printed Matter, and therefore is ineligible. It is, therefore, only eligible for USPS Priority. I know it seems strange but if you made two orders and shipped them via USPS Standard Mail, your total shipping and handling fee would probably be less.
