There seems to have been an order that popped up recently that says I'm ordering GameMastery Module D2: Seven Swords of Sin (OGL) Print Edition. The thing is I got that through my subscription back in August 2007 and I have not reordered it.

That's a weird one.
Evidently your subscription generated two orders for Seven Swords of Sin when it was created. The first shipped when it should have (back in August) like a good little order and the second decided for some reason that now was a good time to ship itself.
I have disabused it of this notion. There does not seem to be any other mischievous orders lurking about, waiting to spring themselves on your sidecart, so everything should be taken care of now.
